Jeepite Turtle Pendant

Set in a .999 fine silver custom setting handcrafted by Paxton Rice. This eye-catching material features sparkly concentric circles of predominantly black, white, red, and gray, and it has an awe-inspiring story. A kind of fordite, this specimen is a cut and polished cabochon of upcycled automotive paint from a Jeep production facility. This mount has been carefully designed to showcase the beauty of the stone while creating a realistic swimming sea turtle, with the head and each leg being hand-sawn from a sheet of silver, adding to the one-of-a-kind nature of this piece. The striking coloration this material are central to this pendant, earning it its place in our 30th Anniversary Collection. In addition to the artist's initials and the .999FS quality mark, this setting has been stamped "30" to designate that it belongs to our 30th Anniversary Collection.
